A true ambassador of French cuisine, our chef is the chef of the Goelet family, the owners of the Estate.
Cooking with fresh, seasonal products that he sources from local producers, he adapts to the preferences and dietary needs of each guest.
These culinary experiences will be an opportunity to discover the wines from the Clos-du-Val Estate, our family-owned vineyard located in the Napa Valley in California. You can also explore our oysters and clams, raised and harvested on the French coasts.
